We celebrated our 50th anniversary on October 12th, 2008. It was wonderful to have so many previous pastors and members of this church to visit and share how God has impacted their lives through this church.
Pastor Appreciation Golf Tournament
Pastor Jon, Pastor Vic, and Pastor Vinh participated in the RobbinsNest Ministries 8th Annual Pastor Appreciation Golf Tournament on October 13th, 2008. The tournament was held at Skylinks Golf Course in Long Beach, CA. They played 8 over Par which did not win them first place but did not put them in last place either. Location: HHBC, Family Life Center
A Mother’s Day celebration and luncheon that is held for women living in a homeless or battered women's shelter. This event is joint ministry of many interfaith area churches and several women (groups) organizations. The event is planned as a special event for needy women and their children.
